Last May, thanks to our very generous donors, a Matching Grant paved the way for A LOT of amazing things to happen for Three Angels.
Take a look at what donors just like YOU made possible!
New desks filled the classrooms of grades 1-6, replacing about 70 very old ones that served us well for decades
A new (to us!) replacement vehicle came just in the nick of time
Well Checks for our entire student body took place right on schedule
Solid new bench seating replaced the rickety old chairs at Kenbe Fèm
Angel House Orphanage got updated inside and out with a fresh coat of paint, and the play yard got a new layer of gravel to reduce dust
Technology updates for our lead Haiti managers provided two cell phones and four computers to keep the workflow moving
"Konbit", a small group of migrant farm workers, joined our hardworking farmhands to help with with clearing, planting, and harvesting our fields
A new water bottle storage shed was constructed
New lighting fixtures were installed in our classrooms
The only item that has not yet been checked off is chickens for our Farm. Why? Chickens have proven to be a challenge to source, and the cost to prepare for, procure, and care for a flock has become increasingly expensive, far exceeding initial projections. We’re putting this idea on the back burner until feasibility increases.
Take a look at all these amazing things that you and others like you made possible! And then keep scrolling, because there is SO MUCH more to tell.

It’s amazing how much a diverse group of people from all over the US and Canada can accomplish together.
But did you know that these accomplishments created a ripple effect that carried blessings far beyond Three Angels? That’s right: your gift that was doubled by a matching grant made an even deeper impact than you (or we!) had imagined possible.
Let us tell you about it.
One of the biggest purchases provided by the 2024 Matching Grant was new desks for our classrooms. This replacement was overdue, but until this time, it was simply not financially possible, so we were thrilled for this to finally happen. But then the question arose: what were we to do with 70 big, bulky old desks to make room for the new ones? As it turned out, our trash was destined to be someone else’s treasure.
FEL-HAITI (Help Others Foundation - Haiti) is a Christian non-profit advocating for children in Haiti by building schools, from urban neighborhoods to remote rural parts of the country where government help is nonexistent, and everywhere in between. For more than a decade, they have worked to provide education for orphans and children from the poorest families to eradicate illiteracy, fight child trafficking, and improve lives, because where there is God and education, there is also hope. Their school in Mirebalais is a temporary building that is little more than a shack, but it is a haven of hope and safety for these impoverished and vulnerable children, most of whom are orphans with little to no prior education. What started with 20 children expanded to a student body of nearly 100 and is continuing to grow, offering the gift of education free of charge— the only way these children could possibly attend school.
Like most nonprofits (including Three Angels), funding for FEL-HAITI is a perpetual challenge. When their student desks grew too shabby for use, they knew they must be replaced but had no idea where they would find the funding to do so.
BUT GOD. They prayed with faith, and He answered.
You see, FEL-HAITI had a problem that mirrored our own: what to do with 70 big, bulky old desks to make room for new ones. That’s where our stories came together, creating a happy ending for everyone. And we know that happy ending is really only the beginning with much more to come.
But God, indeed.
Take a few minutes to watch the video below to get an inside peek at this amazing answer to prayer.
THANK YOU for being a part of God’s plan to care for his children in Haiti. We are incredibly grateful for our partners near and far!
Please pray for us, and pray for FEL-HAITI as they continue to grow and serve the poorest of the poor across Haiti.
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
